How Tyler Hamilton Training Works:

Begin the program with an in-depth phone or Skype consultation with head coach Jim Capra to discuss your fitness background and goals

Assessment of your current fitness with a 45-minute training ride, the results of which are uploaded for analysis to your free TrainingPeaks account

THT develops a customized training plan for you based upon your fitness level and training goals

Your personalized training plan is emailed to you and uploaded into TrainingPeaks and your TrainingPeaks App for easy access to your workout and post-workout review on your phone or computer

Your coach monitors your results and revises your training plan based upon your progress and personal input
